NEVER TIRE OF CHECKING YOUR TIRES

At the request of Norah Maxwell of the Shipley School in Pennsylvania, participating in the Lexus Challenge, we gladly post the following announcement:
If we all drove with fully inflated tires, we would cut our energy use and cut the inflation of our driving costs! Check your tires every month and make sure that the pressure is up to the level specified for your car on the inside of your car door! The United States could save millions of barrels of imported oil every year if all of us made sure that our tires were fully inflated and at the right pressure. So take a moment the next time you gas up and check your tires. And remember: you’ve got four of them!
