ONLY MITT BEATS OBAMA
As crunch time approaches in Iowa and New Hampshire, the Rasmussen Poll has an important message: Only Mitt Romney defeats Barack Obama in head-to-head match-ups nationally.
In a Rasmussen Poll among all likely voters in the U.S., taken on December 27-28, 2011, Romney leads Obama by 45-39.
Ron Paul, who is running second in Iowa, trails Obama by 43-35 in a national Rasmussen survey taken on December 10th.
Both Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich trail Obama by identical 47-37 margins, Gingrich in a December 26th poll and Santorum in one taken on December 17th.
Bachmann trails Obama by 48-35 in a December 22nd poll and Perry trails by 46-34 in a December 5th survey.
