HOW THE SOCIALIST TAKEOVER OF HEALTH CARE CAN KILL YOU
Nothing is more fundamental to the ultra-left socialist agenda than to have the government take over health care. It is today 18.4% of the total US economy and consumes 31.2% of the federal budget. Taking over health care is the key step in socialism as Britain well knows.
If the Socialist Democrats take over they will TAKE AWAY your private health insurance. 222 million Americans have private health insurance but they’re gonna LOSE it. THE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS WILL BAN PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE.
The consequences for each of us would be horrific and Trump needs to explain them in the weeks remaining until the Midterms.
Need a hip replacement? “You’re too old,” the government will say. “We have limited funds,” they’ll say, “and we need to spend them on people who have a long life ahead of them.” The health care bureaucrats will say: “we won’t let you have your hip replacement. We won’t even let you pay for it privately. We have to ration health care.”
In fact, a metric now exists to help the bureaucrats deny us the care we need. Its vile and insidious: QALY (Quality-Adjusted Life Years), a standard measure that combines both the length and quality of remaining years of a human being’s life into a single metric to evaluate health outcomes and ration medical care.
Here’s how it works:
One QALY equals one year lived in perfect health (scored as 1). Death is scored as 0.
Remaining life years are multiplied by a quality-of-life weight (utility score between 0 and 1). So, for example, two years lived at 0.75 quality equals 1.5 QALYs.
If your QALY is too low, no hip replacement or expensive meds.
And Medicare for all? Sounds great til you realize that the Medicare trust fund will run out of money. Then Medicare won’t be a right anymore, it won’t matter how much you contributed. It won’t be part of Social Security anymore. It will become a welfare program, funded by Congress each year. And they’ll cut it. Give it only to deserving people.
Medicare for all means Medicare for none and welfare for all.
And medical personnel will dwindle in number and quality as the government pays doctors less so there will be fewer doctors. “You don’t get to see a doctor.” the Medicare bureaucrats will say “you have to make due with someone who hasn’t been to medical school.”
Medicare for all means Medicare for NOBODY but welfare for all — if Congress votes the money — if the bureaucrats approve you — if you’re young enough and healthy enough to deserve the money.
Trump won’t let that happen. He will protect Medicare so its there for the elderly and the sick. Not because of a gift from the government but because you paid your taxes and its your RIGHT.
