Most notably that poll shows what can only be called a surge for J. McCain. While I was unable to locate all the questions and any preface information given to respondents I strongly suspect this will be fluke and may be the result of a "push" poll. In addition, the special circumstances surrounding some of the fundraising and/or not yet fund raising by Rudy Giuliani and Fred Thompson make me believe that this second quarter will be far more telling for republicans. Lastly, if Hilary has used up much of her donor base than the next quarter should be more interesting for the Clintons and democrats as well.
