I do not think, however, Hillary is using smarts when she speaks in language similar to Venezuela about the Falkland Islands that has infuriated the British. Supporting the international weapons treaty will certainly collect the non support of the NRA. Also her original anti Gen. Patraeus stance while in Congress will not help her down the road.
