Did fifteen Democrats vote to kill the immigration bill to assure its defeat and guarantee that the Latino vote would go Democrat in the 2008 election?
Was it a set up all along? Did the Dems lure Bush into a compromise knowing that the GOP base would go ballistic and inflict a high profile defeat on the president sure to cripple his presidency and give the Hispanics a well publicized slap-in-the-face courtesy of the GOP?
Only my appreciation of the lack of strategic intellect in the Democratic Party inhibits me from saying yes to all these questions. But I still wonder?

I think it probably was a trap.
There you go again, giving the hispanics control of our destiny. I say BS to that and to those who were harping about how good the amnesty bill would be for this country. It’s high time americans realize what the politicians in washington are doing to our country by allowing our laws to be broken day in and day out by illegals who continue to cross our boarder freely. President bush said he isn’t about to do anything to secure the boarders now that his pet bill was defeated. It’s my ball and if you don’t play by my rules, I’m taking my ball home. I say grow up Mr. President. Its time to do what is truly right for this country. Stop bowing down to the Mexican government. Start acting like a president and not like a playground child.

Look People : Pres. Bushy is to near the end of his fun and games trip, as a cocky rooster with the American public, so with his low rating ( which in my opinion is his last ditch effort to do something FOR the country to avoid going down the crapper as the Worst pres. in history).
Well, he is now said to be enforcing Employer sanctions,(HA)and is talking loud about securing Borders (HA)
but he is lost , because the real PRES. was CHENEY…..
Who led Georgie by the ring in his cocky nose…!!! And ‘Pres’. CHENEY, who should have been investigated many years ago, will be a Billionaire, while his stooge, Georgie has fared well also($),but not with the people,
only in his opinion…!!!
To them we say ’so-long’ to these anti-American “Butt-Wipes” and only can pray that the next group will be
more in tune with what We, the people desire…
and that is definitely NOT any form of “AMENESTY”, as we cannot afford to go ‘bankrupt’ for some un-wanted “ants” who invaded our picnic grounds…
We, must challenge the new ‘candidates’ on their very responses, to the very serious question, (both DEM. and REP.) ::
What do you ”promise” to do with all of the ‘ILLEGALS’ in this country, knowing that majority of Americans do NOT’ want Amnensty ?????
Have them ‘recorded on tape’, and if they dont act as We,the people prefer, then we have something to shove in their faces..!!! ( if they are elected )
In my lowly opinion we need a Wall, not fence, as every picture shows them climbing it, snipping it , digging under it..and for the entire length of the border.
We need to imprison some of them to show the rest we mean business….
We need to heavily $ fine Employers $ 10,000. for each individual in their employ…!!!
Cease all ‘freebies’ to ‘illegals’ immediately such as Soc. Sec. benefits, Welfare, Food stamps, Free housing ,
free lunches, Medical, etc.etc. this, and the next item
coming, will start them on their own, to go home…
No job, no freebies,no housing, also fine Landlords for renting to an ‘ILLEGAL’..$ 5,000 per each ‘Illegal’…

Re-write the 14th Amend. SEct. 1 to “UP-DATE” it to modern day times. The “JUS SOLI” ( born on the soil )was intended for the babies of slaves, who were ‘forced’ to come over to this land.
The ‘ants’ that ILLEGALLY invaded our picnic grounds were ‘NOT’ invited,and with the ‘re-write,’
the NEW law will be that of “JUS SANGUINIS” which states:
“All babies born in the USA of “NON AMERICAN CITIZENS”
will be deemed to be the same Nationality as that of their birth fathers, if known, than that of their birth mothers….and shall be ‘grand-fathered’ back to the year
Jan.1, 1995.
This takes care of “Anchor-Babies”….and we can return to a normal life once again….
They have had way to much free stuff, including their babies paid for,and the closing down of Hospitals who went bankrupt supporting our invaders , now get back to your own ground and stop the leaching of of us…!
